In this video, you can already see the descent into broody, questioning, caring-yet-suspicious bantering that most of the Superfriends' relationship entails. In earlier days, Chloe & Clark's relationship was more fragile, authentic, comforting, and funny. Now everything is overwrought, grim, full of lamenting about destiny and hypothetical future evils :/

I almost cried when they took her memories away, but I understand why they had to do it I guess. This whole season is supposed to be about Clark coming into his own and becoming Superman. He can't do that with Chloe saving his butt all the time and their imtimacy with each other. Still...makes me sad. :( Chloe's the best character they have.
