Rain can speak fluent in both Japanese and English. Every Korean song Rain releases he also releases a Japanese version like many Korean singers.

Are you sure about that? I saw a video somewhere that shows him speaking English but all he said was, "I'm Rain."

i went to a Rain concert in Hong Kong in january, he cannot speak cantonese so spoke in English towards the audience. His English was fine. Also Rain was learning English some years ago for his international fans.

He is -not- fluent in Japanese or English. He knows some English and will be in an American movie called Speed Racer.

I agreed. He is not fluent in Japanse or English. When he came over to NY, he only speak words, not much of a full sentence. He is working on his English though.

He can speak english decently from what I saw in the Speed Racer premiere video. He can uphold conversation and make sentences, he just has an accent and you can tell he has to think about what he is saying first.
