  • Hey Nite2727 thanks for the info, i have a question tho doing this everyday will my body hit plato? i use to lift heavy so i have muscke but i also have some bodyfat im at 210 my goal is 190, with a good diet and and following these workouts what is your guesstamation on how fast i could reach my goal.?

  • @Nike1732 cardio and work out ur arms. curls, push ups and TRICEP DIPS! tricep dips r killer. helps shape ur arms bigtime. and the carido makes u sweat and burn fat. so cardio kills fat curls push ups and tricep dips tone ur arms

  • @Nike1732 its good info. the people telling u how to work out dont have to be big ripped and buff. n i dont need to work out like others, about twice a month n i stay in shape. but this video is to help others. thats all. and no offense taken

    i say around 3 times a week. when u get used to it u can increase the reps and the weight. So when you get more advanced then you start to manage ur workout and rest days so u can heal up

  • umm u might just need to eat more and try to build mass in ur body. like maybe do wide chin ups and work on your pecs and shoulders bo build a front on appeal.

  • well not really. but it might be bad if u try to work it all in one day. try to branch it off into days for upper and lower body

  • yes. try some in the morning and the night. add both videos together and you should see results in weeks. but if you are just startin off you should feel the burn during the work outs.

  • if you increase the reps and time of the work out yes. but if you find your self sore stop for a few days, and use that time to workout different body parts. but this wont get you big like a bulky wrestler but toned and ripped leaning towards a bruce lee type of body.

    I was thinking, if u do the workouts more often, than u recomend, would it make me bigger faster, or would it just push my body to much? i don't mean like 4 hours at day, but u know what im talkin about.
