i love this , peggy is a gem in the heavens thank you so much , no one like her today . when i listen to good singers like this it makes me sad what is going on today in the music industry
der musikalische "bienenschwarm" am anfang und die musikalisch dramatische steigerung in diesem lied, gefallen mir total gut. ein sehr kreativer komponist! im vergleich zu manch ähnlich tönenden liedern aus den 50ies ein musikalisches highlight. peggy lee's stimme passt perfekt dazu- cool! =)
The greatest female popular singer of all in my view. What a superb version ; apparently Richard Rogers hated it but what did he know? I mean he only wrote the tune!!
One of my earliest musical memories is this song playing on the radio. I was about 4 when it came out. I'm pretty sure she arranged this Rogers and Hart song into this infectious Latin feel. I can't get enough of it! Thanks for posting.
