idk im good with capture cards any ways umm i guess run everything on low quality turn off all the processes on ur comp that isnt needed and put windows in classic view and believe it or not if u take off ur wall paper it makes ur graphic card fastern if u dont know how to do any of those private message me

and 3 GhZ Pentium IV with 1gb RAM.

would it be OK on mine PC? it would be wonderful because I was just about to buy an expensive TV-card to play PS2.

and do you have the original one or can´t you play with a burned DVD?

you can play it i a copied dvd. but the emulator is more favor if you make an ISO image of the game
