On the consoles, you only can only have 18 people max in 1 game. In Pc, I don't even know how many people you can have, but I know it's a lot. Let's say that he is playing a game of TDM and there are 30 people on the other team, he has more of a chance to get a high kill streak because there are 30 enemies vs. a game of TDM on a console and there are only 6 players on the team. Basically, it's easier for someone on PC to get a high kill streak because you can have more then 9 enemy players in 1
