It's pretty easy, when you're spinning, counter the movements of the heli with the opposite movements.

If it's pitching down and right, you pitch up and left.

Adding your own directional control to this lets you steer without losing it.

It's 360. Read the video info - it mentions bumpers. Only 360 controllers have bumpers - Sixaxis (PS3) has R1 and R2

I was expecting stunts. Needless to say, I am disappoint. You're great with controlling tailless helicopters, but you really should try more exciting things, or at least edit videos down to the exciting parts.

Maybe it didn't need 8 minutes, but for people who have experience flying without a tail this is pretty interesting to look at. There's some close calls there, keep in mind that if the blades only touch lightly any surface they break and you fall to the ground. When controlling the tilt, you have to account for the spinning, e.g. when the nose points to the right, you have to tilt left in order to go forward etc. Add to that the default tilt to the left to make things more difficult.

this video did what it set out to achieve, the number of people that now practice this in freemodes has gone up, its actually inspired quite a lot of the gta comunity to go out and do tricks with no tail and improving the quality of the pilots further

ive even seen people making videos similar to this and ive had lots of messages saying from people that theyve gotten better and want to appear along side me in a new video of similar content

Death one: 5 seconds after entering, RPG related.

Death two: one minute after entering, flew as high as I could, tried to find the button to fire the guns and accidently bailed

Death three: thirty seconds after entering, flew into radar dish, dish won.

I still fly like that now.
