@MidnightEDJK it's fairly simple. It's pretty much a basic forehand with a different follow-thru. Instead of your racket going over your shoulder, have it end up over your head. It should look "flat" over your head. (like in the video) It's basically used to mess with spin and to get really low shots. It's my forehand of choice : )
