Hi hi! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my BF got great Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
thank you for posting this! i love using these moves at the gym and always wondered how i could incorporate the same moves into my home routine without the machine!!
I just started doing this exercise three days ago and whoa I definately feel it lol. How often can u do this? Like can u do it every day or should you skip days?
@ivycharlaine yeah I would suggest just doing this maybe every other day... or mix it up with my other ab clips... I think I have enough ab clips that you could do a new ab workout everyday that your abs aren't sore...at least 6 consecutive workouts worth... hope that makes sense... thanks for doing this and posting over on facebook...the team will really be there for you...as I know you will be for them...~ahmad
@fAmEentLT101 thanks for the feedback...yeah they are a challenging move...I like them because you get that nice stretch in the hamstrings and lower back at the bottom of the move... ~ahmad
Cool man, going to try that, I'm pleased you showed how to do at home side by side(we don't all have/want access to a gym). Also great for lower back & core(spinal muscles or specifically: thoracolumbar fascia) is the barbell roll-out, you could demo that too. Great work as always don't stop !
@makingthebest09 I am not the best at strecthing. need to learn the right way again. you would think with me playing b-ball for 20 years I would know. Oh well keep the vids coming and just maybe I will "get right" by the summer
@BrownFaceTV you will still have to tighten up the eating a bit too or amount of cardio done daily. The cool thing about adding muscle to the body is that it increases your rmr or resting metabolic rate...what you burn just by sitting there...lets find the balance your body needs to make it most efficient.,,ok?~ahmad
@mcrishTV just wanted to finish the second half of the clip buddy...was kind of tired and truthly...too lazy to untie them...:) normally I wear socks...to not mess up my floors...thanks for the post...~ahmad
@LadyDawn1001 start with a mental vitamin clip...a few if needed...then go to WEEK ONE CARDIO and do only half of the clip...press pause and then ask yourself if you feel good to keep going...press play again...for reward enjoy half of a cheat meal...ok? This will begin associating workout with reward...ok?~ahmad

@landobnice You still have time...just do a little something everyday...it can be as simple as walking up and down your stairs two steps at a time...or working on decreasing your rice, and increasing the veggies on the plate...thanks for the great post!~ahmad

@ThePoetikmind215 please let me know how it works...i need your feedback...if too easy hold onto a light dumbbell when doing the hyper extensions...to feel the burn... and do the flutter kicks for 30-45 seconds...without bending the knee...rotating from the hip...:)~ahmad
