Most of what we believe to be as true in science is still just theory and math. I believe there was a big bang, but why was there one? Where we born a universe from nothing? @scienceatheism God is omnipresent Christ was god and yet also the son of god. Him praying to god was the human in him that had practiced through his mortal Life to pray to god. And the soul you know you have it even if you don't think there is a god you have it.
I decided to pick up my old bible about 8 months ago and read it. My life was crazy and filled with pain and drama! I repented of my sins, forgave myself and everyone. I send blessings to all that I meet. My days are now extremely peaceful and happy. God needs to be shown respect and gratitude. People barely nod in his direction, make selfish decisions and let him take the heat. God is compassion, forgiveness, love and peace. :)

@scienceatheism well no but there's something there beyond understanding. I mean science is not a completely stable art. Most of what we believe to be as true in science is still just theory and math. I believe there was a big bang, but why was there one? Where we born a universe from nothing? It's not as simple as the universe just came into being. It's almost as insane as saying god made the world in seven days. But i do believe that God made the universe.

I think people get hung up on the word "god" and have "god anxiety" because they feel pressured into describing him/it/her somehow. I don't. I use math. If E=mc2 (more or less) and Everything in existence is some form of Energy, it's basically saying that everything is made up of one thing. Isn't that a metaphor for God? God is everything. And just like the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts, so is God. And we, some very small parts, will never fully know the totality of the whole.

I decided to pick up my old bible about 8 months ago and read it. My life was crazy and filled with pain and drama! I repented of my sins, forgave myself and everyone. I send blessings to all that I meet. My days are now extremely peaceful and happy. God needs to be shown respect and gratitude. People barely nod in his direction, make selfish decisions and let him take the heat. God is compassion, forgiveness, love and peace. :)

If you accept that God gave you life, then most definitely. Don't you think? Shouldnt we all be at least A LITTLE bit grateful for having the gift of life and having free will? Especially when we don't even deserve it, seeing as how most of us DON'T acknowledge God, and don't obey His Word. Yet, even amongst our constant disobedience to God, and even amongst our disbelief that God even exists, we continue to have life and free will. I believe thats more than reason enough to acknowledge Him.
