  • Mega.

  • there is another rap song to this beat. it says something like chewy mhnnn does anyone know what the song is called?

  • @A3189 Smoke dope and rap by andre nickatina fool.

  • much respect to real rap, but, we all know who won that Queens battle...

  • lame with a drug dealer name (nas escobar) haha fuck nas

  • There is not a single mediocre Track on this Album. Simply put it, Mega dropped the realest East Coast Album since 'Illmatic' (IMO)!!! I love how he makes subtle comparisons of Hip Hop with a Human Being on this.....Unlike Nickatina who sampled the same beat with the same ol' "Smoke Dope & Rap" kinda thing!!! (Although I am a huge Nicky fan!!) Woot!! Peace!!

  • didnt jadakiss use the same bass line on that track with nas

  • The best ny rapper hands down

  • @CORMEGA REALEST NIGGA EVER AND BACK WHEN I WAS 14-15 I REMEMBER BANGIN TO THIS SHIT. TOO BAD YOU STOPPED MAKING MUSIC, AND OF COURSE YOU COULD'VE BEEN THE GREATEST.

  • @Shanobi219 he still makes music

  • when i heard the lyrics for the first time i thought it was about cocaine

  • brotha lynch- 24 deep murders this

  • @champino003 i dont hate cormega i actually really like him i just dislike the fact that he completely stole the concept from common its essentially the same exact song like do something different its like hollywood remake all these movies instead of coming up with their own original ideas its cheaper easier and they dont have anything to lose i just dont get id rather hear something new, whats wrong with that?

  • "Storys of felony despite time"

  • love!

  • Underrated this is nice

  • he forgot to mention MURS and WC! WC BIATCH!

  • wow way to gank this song from common do something original dude

  • @Smokinpurple86 haha "fall back" grow up dude i dont hate cormega i actually really like him i just dislike the fact that he completely stole the concept from common its essentially the same exact song like do something different its like hollywood remake all these movies instead of coming up with their own original ideas its cheaper easier and they dont have anything to lose i just dont get id rather hear something new

  • WHO EVER SAID HIP HOP DEAD NEVER HERD THIS TRACK

  • this track gave me chills and im not even lying

  • this is the 24 deep beat from brotha lynch

  • AZ, Nas, Mega..the best..insane!!

  • 2 favourite songs from this guy ** hes good but 2 of my favorite songs out of all underground ppl ur pritty dam gooddd!!

  • She met a lame with a drug dealer name / He had a lot for a while, but then his whole style changed - He's talking 'bout 50 Cent

  • @DonnyRocco yea I never realized that, I think he says he had it locked for a while though.

  • @DonnyRocco

He's actually talking about Nas. This song came out some time before 50 blew up

  • @DonnyRocco Nope, he's talking about Nas there, with whom he had beef with at the time. 50 Cent was still an underground rapper when this track came out.

  • @TheWuCepticon81 Yeah you right at first I thought 50 cus the description fits 50 perfectly too

  • @DonnyRocco ... lame with a drug dealing name.. he's talking about when NaS was calling himself Esco

  • @djdurag .. short for Escobar

  • @DonnyRocco talking about nas

  • nice track but the beat is from brotha lynch hung....

  • oh shit this some heavy shittt lovin the beat damnnnn!!!

  • this beat is bad ass, some dirty harry shit

  • same beat as 24 Deep by Brotha Lynch Hung

  • This is good but Brotha Lynch Hung (24 Deep) and Andre Nickatina (Smoke Dope and Rap) both rocked this beat better

  • @LedZep8250 I feel you, both songs are indeed good, but Cormega got mine vote since I heard this version first. beat is ...ecstasy

  • @LedZep8250 heard all those tracks too but for real mega ate this shit especially with the story

  • Reminds me of Juice

  • @montecarlomayne hell yeah after Bishop loses his shit and Q goes looking for him. Classic flick "you got the Juice now"

  • does anyone know who he is talking about ?

  • @vinjule Cormega is talkin about Hip-Hop

  • @sfgiantsince86 Also dissing 50 cent? i think, "She met a lame with a drug dealer name, he had alot for a while but his whole style changed" Haaaa cormegaa thug forever! fell back ..pause. Fell off never!! Respect tha realness peopleee

  • @NASTY1HUSH1COLLABZ He wasn't talkin about 50. 50 wasn't even out yet in the mainstream. This came out in 2001. He was talkin about Nas. Nas started callin himself Nas Escobar and many claim he switched his style after Illmatic. Plus 'Mega was dissin Nas on virtually every song on that album.

  • School Of Hard Knocks used this beat first in 1992 on "Hands of a Stranger"

  • this beat is a unique one...

for all you hip hop heads, check out andre nickatina - smoke dope and rap

he rides this beat a lot better then cormega does..

i cant take cormega seriously after hearing destroy and rebuild by nas. hes good but there are a lot of tigers that are another level then him...

  • @aduckcalledronan Nas is goat, but he could take a page out of cormegas book called 'Consistency'.

  • u understand the message - i know im gettin to deep 4 sum

says it all music like this has got to deep 4 some thats why we stuck with that water down shit u hearin nowaday bad times the best should all start gettin on it n save hiphops/raps name cnn-cormega-the old mobb -nas-e.t.c an new line for this song would be shes become a whoa again gettin fucked by every 1 and gettin no respect the greats should put there cross hairs on the likes of soulja boi n lil wayne

  • Everybody check out: Fried Chicken - Nas

  • arguably the most slept on, underrated, real, ill, and lyrical emcee ever

  • GREAT TRACK!

  • 5 people don't like this ? Get the fuck outta here this ish' is fire . Please .

  • @djintro wow dude andre nickatina took this beat also. i hate when rappers take beats people say its honoring the track fuck that.

  • this beat is originally from around 1993, artist is Brotha Lynch Hung, song is called 24 Deep.

  • @IIDivineShadowII actually this beat is from Southside Movements song I've been watching you. From around 1975.

  • as far as those metaphoric hip hop personification type songs--this is top notch

  • Yo, i aint even realize that this song is in that movie Juice untill i seen it the other day and heard the beat. That had me dumbin.

  • payback brown side!

  • true this beat has been sampled a million times. this one goes hard

mega is ill for doin' this song

  • Cormega did nothing to this beat, just speeded it up.

But he totally murdered it lyrically, if that track would be longer then I'd say its better than "I used to love H.E.R."

  • That Cricket gets me everytime I'm smokin a Blunt to my head LOL!! I always look around for a Cricket on the floor to step on lol!!!!

  • LMAO!!!

  • LOL

  • That's Because He's Talking about Nas. Duh!! Escobar. Nas Escobar.

  • yo who is mega talking about when "she met a lame with a drug dealer name he had a lot for a while but his whole style changed" 50 comes to mind but it doesn't work chronologically

  • that's the first person pop in my mind.the fake crew line was talking about "THE FIRM" with nas,dr.dre, foxy brown, they replace him with nature

  • who put tha song out 1st c.o.c. er cormega????

  • that video response has the original beat southside Movement's

  • This sounds like "Harlem Nights" by Children of the Corn.

  • same beat

  • cormega is tight, a true street poet, good to hear some real hip hop for a change

  • Hot beat. Scarface first used the loop on his first solo album back in 1991.

  • i know this beat was made popular on the film juice and several hip hop have sampled it since brotha lynch hung, children of the corn and jadakiss and nas. it was sampled in the intro on 1973's Southside Movement's "I've Been Watching You" .does anybody on here know where it is originally from?
