    Yea, u gotta get free weights, their the way to go, I think the bands are jus too restrictive.

  • Lol, I'm still using a chair after a few chin-ups. Hey, ain't no shame in my game. Because in the end I'm gonna bust them out like I do the push-ups. The P90x chin-up bar is gonna be begging for mercy baby!! :) haha...

  • I forgot to post the part where I mentioned you, lol. I did decide to TRY and not drink alcohol for the next 90 days. Lol. The other thing I'm trying to do is give up caffeine, but I like to drink Green Tea a lot, so at the very least I'm cutting down my caffeine intake. We'll see how long this will last, lol.

    I thought about the Selecttechs, but don't really have the money for that right now. Maybe in a few weeks. In the meantime, I'm just gonna pick up some regular weights.
