Lol why would they that? Theres no mystery in that at all. These are meant to be static transmission bursts. During war the transmission is getting interfered with the EM Particles from the blasts.

Uh, the graphics are still bad. As in they don't look realistic. I'm not talking about the static or quality of the video, I'm talking about the graphics itself. The weapons don't look the same, it looks really cartoony, something right out of maya.

It's not meant to look realistic, it has it's own art style and not some 101 wannamy realistic shit like Crysis. Some time in the future you'll not be able to tell if what shown is computer generated or real. Then noone will give a shit how real the game will look. Then the only thing that matters is art direction, and this game sure looks god damn good in both, gfx and art style.
