First off, you pierced it with a probably 18g needle and the ring looked like a 14 or a 16. Either way the ring was too big. Second, if you take the needle out and then pit try and get the ring in the hole closes immediately

Ok first off you should never pierce someone under the influence, secondly use gloves if its a home piercing it prevents you retards from further contamination, thirdly the size of a pin is 18g so your trying to stick something two sizes to big in a hole to small also you should of cleaned the area oh and don't touch the area with nasty fingers causes higher risk for contamination as a piercer myself we do lip piercings for forty bucks try the professionals. :]

Wow, drunk or not I wouldn't have let my friend do that. Considering the unsanitary conditions and the fact that whoever was pushing the pin through could have hit a vein. I got my Monroe a week ago and the girl that did the piercing had to remark and reposition the clamps because of a huge vein in my mouth. That guy got really lucky. I suggest going to a professional or getting a proper kit if you are going to do it at home. Even though I'm highly against home piercings

That sucked A**... He is so freaken' funny. I pierced my lip with a portable ear gun and took the earring out right away & put a 16gauge stud- it went through in a few seconds- no hassle. I'm going through the healing process right now, let's see what happens. But I will never use a pin or freezer frost to numb- its unsanitary and risk of infection. Good luck dude.

When you do it you are not supposed to ice it, it makes it harder, and when you are pulling the needle out after you leave it in for like 30 seconds, you put the ring in right behind it, almost touch the needle as you pull it out so that the hole remains open when you put the ring in.
