The names of God in the original Hebrew usually contain both male and female parts. Therefore, God is either both male and female, or is non gendered. It is christianity that turned god male. Since most christians don't speak Hebrew, they are probably ignorant of that fact.

I had to look no further than Wikipedia to see that this addiction was the result of having been prescribed morphine to treat his asthma and bronchitis, a fate that still repeats itself today with medications like OxyContin.

@garouHH Actually morphine, codine, and chloraform were common treatments at the turn of the century 19th - 20th. We both know that there were no child killings. This stemmed from the Catholic assertion that if you have sex and attempt to prevent pregnancy by pulling out you were guilty of killing a child. So he said "yeah I'm slaying the child if ones girlfriend is on the pill they're slaying children too (by that Catholic doctrine).
