  • Dirty police state !

  • SHAME, fucking huge shame to the police !

  • Police can do anything .... When i knocked out one they had to tase me 12 times all cuz he didn't get my ol ladies number she even asked dude to leave her alone...some how charges got dropped lol

  • He helped the police a day earlier and this is how they repay him. Don't call these scumbags, many of them are on drugs (steroids) which causes massive rage. Stay away from them at all cost!

  • This guy is obstructing police...

  • @Gadmeer your a idiot or a cop.

  • @69NOMAN69 He's obviously not a cop cause he doesn't know the law. If he did he wouldn't have said what he said. I'm going with idiot. Wait... he might be an idiot cop. I didn't think off that. lol ^_^

  • @Gadmeer Obstructing him to standing around. . . you ignorant yin yang

  • @gsvkck.

As a matter of record, yes, I am a Republican and damn proud of it too. Second, I also believe in our rights protected by the Constitution. I also believe in simple right and wrong and what that cop did was simply wrong. But so far all I've seen from you is your "commie" this and "Republican" that type crap. So far, I haven't heard your take on the matter. Perhaps you would like to share why the cop was either right or wrong; if you can put together more than one coherent sentence.

  • What was the outcome of this.

  • Move your ass to Central and Rhode Island as soon as possible next time dumb ass!

  • he asked 4 it

  • @theprofessor1250 another idiot!

  • Newsman is a troll

  • @cmanmaxwell You think Constitutional rights is a troll? I bet you're a Republican, a good for nothing commie.

  • @gsvkck yeah if that dude came to me and said "is that so hard?" I'd shoot his kneecaps out.

  • Does everyone living in a democratic country trully live in a police state? "Obey or suffer" seems to be the mantra to live by nowadays...

  • @Diarmuhnd This is what Fox news does to your brian. They tell these clowns how to live, think, and speak in mantra. Glad to see there are still patriotic Americans amongst us. Cheers bud.

  • Stupid news nutballs

  • @bigfoot1269. The bottom line is the D.A. dropped charges on the cameraman and didn't file any on the police officer because the best course of action to defuse the situation was to make both sides move on. I agree, the cameraman shouldn't have made his comment as well, but it does not excuse the officer's conduct either. Going to trial with either of them would be a complete waste of tax-payer money on to have both be acquitted.

  • @archangel0829 You sound like a communist. I bet you vote Republican.

  • @bigfoot1269. In reviewing the film, the cameraman was leaving the area when he was finally told where the media staging area was. On the other side of the coin, if he didn't do anything wrong, then why was the officer fired? Any guesses?? And if you mean by "handling the situation more professionally" to mean not to commit assault, false imprisonment, and malfeasance in office (in Texas we call it official oppression - Texas penal code 39.03) then I would have to completely agree with you!

  • @bigfoot1269.

A badge does not give you carte blanche to attack people. As it turns out, the independent reviewer recommended his termination, thus, the chief complied with the recommendations!! After the officer finally gave the location and the cameraman started walking away, the situation was over. What the officer did was in fact illegal. He crossed the line by attacking and detaining the person under the 'color of law', which makes this malfeasance in office.

  • @archangel0829 if it was illegal why wasn't he charged? Durrrr... He should have handeled the situation more professionally to begin with but the reporter crossed the line by causing problems and not leaving when told to do so.

  • @bigfoot1269 Assistant District Attorney's have charging discretion. That's why he wasn't charged. Not because what he did was not ILLEGAL. It was.

  • that cop sucks at takin somebody down rofl

  • Umm y was the wurld wit dumshitzz fukt tht

  • Dumbass reporter was told to leave.... when dumb monkey no listen to monkey go to jail.

  • @bigfoot1269 "Dumbass reporter" was not breaking any laws. Dumbass police officer decided to arrest a man for reasons that are not written in a book of law, but only in his minds. Therefore, cop's actions unjustifiable and therefore wrong.

  • @BTPhotography1 Its call failure to comply with a lawful order, also called obstructing/resisting.... he was preventing the officer from doing his job ... reporter was talking back and being a dipshit, when they moved to arrest him he did not comply he just whined that he wasn't doing anything and tried to pull away.... im sick of limp dick retards who are self proclaimed experts on laws and act all high and mighty spouting bullshit ... fuck off douche bag, get a degree and then we will talk

  • @bigfoot1269 What made the officer's order "lawful"? He acted with unnecessary force. He also did not supply a badge number of name (something they are required to do upon request). You do not have to comply with everything they say. What was he preventing the officer from doing? He was going to pack up his equipment and go to the media staging area. The cop simply did not like being filmed and acted out. I think it's pretty clear you like to blindly follow everything you're told to by cops.

  • @BTPhotography1 The reporter did not follow the commands he was given therefore the officer moved to open hand techniques, at this point in time the reporter tried to pull away, his actions are called active resistance. Before this the reporter was mouthing off saying "was that so hard, was that so hard?" when he should have turned around and walked away. And you do have to comply with an officer's order to leave a restricted area otherwise you will end up in the slam like this homo.

  • @bigfoot1269 Also, if you knew anything about this incident beyond this YouTube video, you'd have done any research to back up your claim. I'm not an American and I already know that the cop's actions were in direct violation of the First Amendment Rights of the photographer. These cases get dropped all the time because there's no reason for the arrest/charges/actions to begin with.

  • @BTPhotography1 This is not a 1st amendment issue, googleing our constitution does not make you qualified to decide what is constitutional and what isn't just shut the fuck up and deal with the fact that you dont know what you are talking about.

  • @bigfoot1269 It actually is a First Amendment issue and a Fourth Amendment issue - freedom of the press, unreasonable seizure without a warrant.

  • @bigfoot1269 just because you make an officer's job harder doesnt mean they have the right to treat you like shit or cite you that is actually a violation of the first ammendment

  • @hsthrower Like I said before, this has nothing to do with the first amendment dumbass it falls under the fourth amendment.

  • @bigfoot1269 same shit...its an amendment. I'm not going to fight with you over semantics internet tough guy. cop was wrong end of story

  • @hsthrower lol ooo yeah your right they are all the same, no differences at all...... whatsoever. ..... should the cop have been courteous but firm? YES, but he did nothing unconstitutional nor illegal... end of story

  • @bigfoot1269 umm buddy...the 4th amendment is about unlawful search and seizure and search warrants, the camera man was not searched so therefore the 4th amendment was not violated. it was violating the first amendment and the freedom of the press

  • @hsthrower Ok dumbass I didnt think id have to spoon feed it to you fuckers but here we go. The 1st amend. has nothing 2 do with this, he wasnt arrested for filming, he was arrested for not leaving a restricted area. That makes it a 4th amend. issue cuz in addition to the stuff you saw on your google search it also covers probable cause and arrest! Do not speak unless u no wat the fuck ur talking about. If anyone has any other questions ill get some crayons & draw a fucking picture for u.

  • @hsthrower Do I have to fucking spoon feed it to you? He was NOT arrested for filming/reporting therefore it has nothing to do with the 1st amend. In addition 2 the stuff u said the 4th covers probable cause & arrests! But appearantly your google search didnt teach you that. Dont fucking talk out of your ass off a a 30 second google search and a feeling to try to prove someone wrong you dont agree with. If anyone else has questions ill get some crayons and draw you a fucking picture.

  • not saying the cop was right but we do not see the whole video, the reporter says cops did not tell him where the correct place was we do not get that part of the tape. i rarely believe the media just like i rarely believe the cops versions

  • It's always the run around when cops r in the wrong

  • Yeah! APD.. dumbfucks

  • So much for the land of the free.

  • Nazis strike again.

  • Police think they can do whatever they want just because of the badge. Cops like that piece of crap r one of the main reasons y we have laws and rights. Even though he doesnt thnk he has to follow them.

  • that douche bag camera man deserved that shit. he was bein a total smart ass to the cop

  • shoot the pig !

  • KICK THAT WHITE MAN'S ASS

  • Cop was out of line, no doubt about that but the camera guy clearly provoked a situation by acting like a smartass. I blame both, and clearly if the camera is a 50K one then he ought to know to put it down and not provoke this rookie officer. I think the cam guy was looking for the cop to break it so he can sue the Police Department for 10 times what is worth. This country is going to shit with the lawsuits!

  • @yingdiskette Out of line? Nothing gives him a right to assault someone, and clearly he was waiting for an opportunity when he thought the camera wasn't rolling. Also, as the cameraman was committing no crime, the police had no right to attempt to arrest him...just more punk thugs committing violence.

  • @1badmonster My comment was pretty self explanatory for simpletons. Are you answering a question with a question? YES the cop was out of line, what more you want, the cop dead?

  • REMEMBER IF ITS NOT CAUGHT ON VIDEO ITS NOT POLICE MISCONDUCT.... COPS LEI! COPS LIE..............

  • hah i know that cop

  • I keep hearing phrases like "dis-obeying" and not "yielding" to police officers in the US. Your police are storm troopers. They need to understand that its YOUR country not theirs. They police your country by 'public consent'

  • THUG cop...

  • Good job Officers. The guy had it coming.

  • @FOXnewsAlien shut the fuck up you sheep

  • @r00tdigger poke the bull and u get the horns mo fo

  • @TheRhino78 suck a dick

  • What was the offense that he was arrested for? Living? Freedom of Press?

  • Fucken pigs!! hope his ugly fat fuck got fired!!

  • you vill do az ve say or else .

  • Thats BS.. The photographer wasnt doing anything wrong.

  • this asshole shouldn't have been let on the circus team in the first place. what a piece of shit. they are all the same. they think they are above the law but they have days off as well..

  • Why are there sooo many videos of cops abusing their professional priviledges and yet ppl can get in trouble for recording officers if they do something wrong. Any other professional would know to act professional cause their job is at stake. That officer needs overcome some mentality issues.

  • They are there to serve not fight people and I hope he got fired

  • what did he get attacked for?

  • "Fairly new" As in, hasn't been informed that you shouldn't attack news photographers WHILE the camera is rolling, as opposed to waiting until it's turned off, and THEN break out the hurt, lol.

  • I hope that fat ugly fuck got fired!

  • that police officer is a bitch! there all bitches! hell, down here in NM they are always starting shit.

  • @munchchewy0 you don't have a CLUE what they deal with

  • @reillyjj yeah I do have a clue. I live here.

  • See how hard it was to get the name and Badge number? Which is REQUIRED to give upon request. ONly reason he got it, was cause of the camera. try it without proof, and/or try to report it, you'll be fucked, by BOTH cops, the one who refused, and the one you told... FUCK APD!!!

  • IM SURE THAT PIECE OF SHIT REPORTER HAD MUCH MORE TO SAY BEFORE THE CAMERA WENT ON

  • @wowzers1515 ROFL. You are delusional. He was cited with disobeying a police officer, and you have no idea what he said before the camera started rolling. The fact that you defend such a pompous asshole who DEFINITELY shouldn't have a badge further proves my assumption on the other video.

Please, seek therapy and stop harassing the public you fat clown shoes.

  • Cop provoked and walked up and hit the guy. Nazis.

  • then there are veteran cops ( 4 years and above ) who act differantly and are more calm. all newbee`s are very jumpy like this kid. he`s scared but he uses the badge, but from what i`ve seen it depends on the cop all together i`ve been helped before by them and there are others hoo are just jack asses it all depends on the cop you meet and where and when and in what situation

  • im going to be nautrol on this one, this cop was doing what he told to do in the acadamy but he was being a jack ass and didnt know what to do. so he arrested him for no reason, i live in albuquerque the cops hear are each very differant but trained the same but act in differant ways, this cop is new he thinks he`s hot shit,

  • This is the true nature of the APD... EVERY SINGLE DAY! My husband and I are goth and they single us out all the time merely because of the way we look.

  • That cop should be fired shot in the knee and put back in mexico

  • New to the job makes no difference, the cop was doing his job. The newsman was impeding the investigation and disobeying a cop. If a druggie was acting that way everyone would be cheering that he was arrested. Can't give someone special treatment because he is "an upstanding citizen." Rules are rules.

  • its cause he is a mexican cop on a power trip, they are the worste to deal with in my opinion

  • then i guess you can blame the white man for that, because why else would he be on a power trip. obiviously if we use your logic, it'll mean white people are dickheads, because why else would this mexican cop act like he needs to prove himself.

  • the real reason is.... the majority of police officers only have an high school education. the academy only teaches these individuals a quick crash course on criminal law. in the last 10 yrs, certain departments (not all), have been requesting that their applicant's must obtain a college degree (does not have to be a criminal justice degree). however, if you have a culinary degree and decide to become a cop, you'll have as much knowledge of the law as a high school grad. the system is fucked!

  • lol, u want to talk about logic??? do u know how easy criminal justice is, but i guess that makes a good cop huh?? by the way every state is diffrent on req. to become a cop. most want you to have some college not a h.s. diploma idk where u r from. and the white ppl. being dickhead i really dont even understand your logic their???

  • okay so you have to have a criminal justice degree to be a cop?? why dont you look around the job market, and you will see there is alot of diff ppl. doing jobs that are not there degree major.

  • yes vincent.. your very smart. i totally agree. let's just have random uniformed people carry guns and up hold the law with the little knowledge they know about it. we can wait for accidents like this or a police shooting, and then later find out that it was not justified. a COP, is not a simple job, their actions are always being questioned and examined to see if it was lawful or not. being a cop is different from being a accountant or a truck driver.

  • there are some good police academies out there and there are some bad ones. a good police academy will teach you more then a criminal justice degree will. you have to read and pass the states penal code to even pass the academy. and court of criminal procedures.

  • I 100% support the police and feel that they protect us from the dregs of society. that being said, this man has no bussiness being a police officer and not only should he loose his job, he should be charged with assault and thrown in jail like all the other criminals its people like this, a small minority of police, who are responsible for all the anit police comments you see on this video

  • Typical cop. These dum-dums only serve and protect themselves and their political superiors. They are nothing more than armed tax collectors and will violate you and your worthless civil rights in a second!

I hope the fat pig in this clip gets prison and the county gets sued.

  • I concur

  • He shouldn't be a cop, he's a loose cannon.

  • at the end the reporter says the reporter help catch a robber.. Help the police there your friends for 5 minutes then when the time is over they want to beat and arrest you.

  • Man, you can clearly tell that the cop was WAITING for the guy to put his camera down before attacking. He actually tried to get BEHIND him before attacking. Scary. Welcome to the USA, 1984.

  • I hope the officer in this loses his job and pension.

The reporter said it right when he said " this camera is the only thing protecting me".

  • Stupid ass cop, I'd whoop his ass.

  • there is a erie pa cop who was caught on video making fun of a death of a black man

This cop still has his job
