  • @richsireno1 I think he means lock out your elbows at the end of the pull-up. Meaning dead hang between pull-ups.

  • @richsireno1 he means to "lock-out" as in when youre doing pullups to go all the way down, and fully extend your arms, to lock them out.

  • @NeverBeenSoFit This may seem too easy but, stand on a chair while doing your chin ups. This is how many people start doing it. Some dont like that advice, they want to go straight to a real deal. But if you can't, then take your time and use a chair. Soon you will be able to do a few real ones. By that point you can practice with those and then your off.

  • All that I see here is the big PERSEVERANCE of this guy (just to name HFK) to achieve this kind of great results. And the other thing is that, these guys seem to enjoy this and maybe this is the key to stay in this game ever and forever.!

  • Calisthenics and plyometrics are two awesome ways to approach getting into shape and producing that lean muscular body, so I have no problem at all with what you guys are doing. However, unless you want to wear pants to hide those chicken legs, you HAVE to develop your lower body in proportion to your upper body; after all, your lower body is what supports that bulky upper body.

    Great and intuitive video. Add nutrition and a simple, easy-to-use lower body segment and you have a winner.

  • I got the same work out clothes..

    For me this (working out with my own body weight) gets me better results than going to the gym to do robot exercises that work out like 1 muscle at a time. This method achieves greater toning also not just swelling up like with weights..

  • For all your haters. he does train his legs in his dvd he did a lot of running and squats. he probably does some more only because he doesn't do powerlifting and shit like that doesn't mean he isn't strong all you haters only searching for reasons so that you can rationalise for yourself in your stupid little head you'r trying to come up with bad things about him (race,his teeth,his legs and other bullshitt just so you cann feel good about yourself but deep inside you know that u're a big loser.

  • @08Stella training constantly will improve your body's performance, that't the only key to success... you'll have to start with this routine and you'll notice that your strength will increase over time. this happened to me first time I went to the gym and I wasn't able to do a proper pull-up and now after several years I can hang 70 pounds on my legs and do a few reps without too much effort

    Yeah, even eating what he wants though I doubt he's sitting there stuffing away bags of doritos and oreos 24/7, he has to have some common sense about that (and not overeating) even if he doesn't have a planned diet or count calories (obvious he's no glutton or he'd get fat regardless of working out).
