I got the latest model from Bosch, the AXT 25 TC a couple of days ago, and I'm impressed. Today, we shredded both fresh and dried up branches up to the 45 mm official limit without any trouble. After a few hours of work at a relaxed pace, we had about 250 kg of nice mulch. The machine isn't silent, but you can chat next to it with a slightly raised voice while working. With a cutting shredder (as opposed to this crushing one) you'd have to wear hearing protection.

Where can I get one in the US? There doesn't seem to be very many "crush" type electric shredders in the North American market.
