  • You don't have to perform any techniques to lose weight while walking. Just walk for an hour a day and watch yourself transform your shape into the leaner you.

    Hi lahana2244,

    What I found personally is that an hour a day (rain or shine) is incredibly effective for burning off fat and to shed pounds. I sometimes do walk more than that, and yes it revs up the fat burning and metabolism even more. But an hour a day at the very least is the key. No less than that to see results soon :) Walking less than an hour, I did not see the same results.
