Seems like you can either take Touhou in a range of three extremes: an emotional, deep way; a twisted, evil way in which all characters are monsters; and the lustful passionate way people who look for dirty images seem to think in. I wish some videos that are mostly sweet didn't have the tempting promiscuous images in them.
It is not an anime or manga. It is a fan vocal adaptation of Orin's stage 5 theme of the eleventh Touhou game Subterranean Animism. Touhou Project is a series of vertical scrolling shmup shooter games famous for its large cast of female characters and it's very good music.
And "shmup" stands for "shoot 'em up". Also, there are various fan and official manga fashioned after the games, but up to this point the only notable attempt at an anime was MAIKAZE "A Summer Day's Dream" which is probably still floating around YouTube. It has a unique animation which you either like or dislike, but there are notable seiyuu starring as the characters from Immaterial and Missing Power + Aya.
Judging by MAIKAZE's website a second episode is in the works, though. ^^~

Normally I hate any touhou remix with vocals in them but this is pretty descent. But for me, I will forever and always love the ORIGINALSSSS OH YEA!

Actually Orin's real name is Rin Kaenbyou. Everyone just calls her Orin to shorten it.
