Thank you though. I also liked that you called it what it is--the ligaments of the foot. There is fascia covering the ligaments, but too many call it fascia without bringing up the other structures, including the ligaments. It is more complex but you did well.
This works as billed! I tried it yesterday for the first time; after making a minor adjustment to tightness, it worked all day long! Amazing relief and support, plus no pain when I awoke this morning. I won't do it all the time, only when I know I'll be on my feet a long time; also using inserts and good shoes, too. Wonderful thing to learn how to do, thank you!
I started doing this about a month ago, and could definitely feel it working. And now, over the past few days, I've woken up with no foot pain in the morning. Excited that I might be able to go running soon!
Most days, unless I am staying home, and I know I won't be on my feet much. However, with my foot finally healing, I might start only wrapping it when I am playing sports or something.
It work the first time. I taped my foot and slept over night with it to see if would work like the boot and it did. I woke up the first time with out any pain. I don't know if this will work for everyone.

i am going to try this.. i have such awful pain and pod. dr. gave shots and exercises but pain still there..sure hope this works
