  • DONDE COMPRO EL SOFWARE

    WHERE BAY THE SOFWARE

  • PLEASE REPLY TO THIS COMMENT: Is it possible to print pictures onto Lightscribe Disks and make the pictures look like do in real life with the actual color of the scenery in it? I don't want black and white shading. I want to know if It will give me the full capability of color usage and not just the color of a lightscribe disk and some black and white burned over top in a cool design. THANK YOU IF YOU REPLY.

  • Can't print color labels though like you can using matte or glossy stick-ons.

  • if youre gana spend all this money on lightscribe garbage. mys well spend a few more bucks and buy a disk publisher. i think lightscribe are so ugly

  • cool

  • what happin is I just use a sony CD-R cd will I see the image a little and can you make a video of some thing?

  • ooooo ooooooo ooooooo oooooooo ooooooooo i want that dvd tower.

  • How many times can you burn on the same CD? Does anyone know?

  • @sunriseangel89 You can write unlimited times the cover of a Lighsrcibe disk. Why? Because its only a image writer, it cant read data so it only burns.. Also, the image is almos always burnes on the same place...

  • Can i use other DVD disc? or does it have to be Lightscribe Disc??

  • does it really takemore than 3minutes to etch a lightscribe CD?

  • @AWUNMATERIAL It really depends on how intricate your artwork is.

  • I have the "lightscribe" mark on my DVD drive. What software do I need to have??? OMG I gotta test this!

  • @4tt1 im sure there are plenty of free-ware softwares that will let you do that. Don't forget, you need the LightScribe Disks too.

  • They fail to mention it takes about 25 minutes per disc for "BEST RESULTS"

  • @The12176 - I wonder if that may be because they don't want to encourage mass duplicators? 25 mins for me doing one-offs is acceptable.

  • I have a question for you.... How can I create above 10 meg lsi file with lightscribe for it can be able to read in my duplicator. It only gives me a 4 meg and below... Garbage... Is there any other Great Lightscribe software better than lightscribe ? Matter whats the software you use ?

  • @geniuatwork Unfortunately, LightScribe Template Labeler software is the only software available for creating LSI files for use with the Accutower LightScribe duplicator towers. If you are having trouble with an Accutower LightScribe duplicator, you can contact US Digital Media directly via the phone number on their website. If you have questions about LightScribe software, try posting your question on the help forums at lightscribe's website.

  • wooooooooooo.....you got tall tower of drives cmon give me a break you must be kidding thats cool

  • does it print in color?

  • @dmarti47 It doesn't really print by normal standards. It etches designs into the surface of the disc so it is only mono-color (i.e. it will produce different shades of the color of the disc). Lightscribe-capable color discs are available, but most people go with gold or silver.

  • Do you need the lightscribe CD. Or any kind of Cd like hp,sony, etc?

  • @MrRey84972 You need a lightscribe disc.

  • I'M SO HAPPY I'M GOING TO BURN EVERYTHING!!! =DD LIGHTSCRIBE FTW I HAD NO IDEA

  • ok cool, now what happens when i forget to flip the disc and etch the label into the data side of the disc?

  • @HeretixAevum lol

  • @cdrom2go thx i will watch the whole video next time. Its funny i have the new drive for like 3 years and just noticed that it can do light scribe

  • How do i find out if my drive is light scribe capable?

  • @andrkir All lightscribe drives have the logo on the drive as shown at :31 seconds. It's the logo that says lightscribe, not the super writemaster logo.

  • Please reply,,

Does the disc drive have to be "Lightscribe"?

  • i have a questions - please answer! :)

i wanna use lightscribe technology for like 100 copies of music cds (my own music). could those burned cds have a problem being read by most music players??? (car radios, stereo systems, home computer with old cd drive etc...)

  • @amirgelman As long as the discs are burned correctly, no players should have a problem playing the lightscribe discs.

  • will it work on blu ray discs can you get lightscribe compatible Blu ray Discs

  • @GuitarManSam555 At the moment, you can not buy lightscribe compatible Blu-ray discs. The rumor is that they will be available November 2011, but that is just a rumor.

  • so you need lightscribe discs..how much are those?

  • @daisylovesmoy Our USDM Pro line of lightscribe CDs is only 27 cents a disc on our cdrom2go website. We also sell lightscribe DVDs for 36 cents a disc.

  • This guy is clearly bootlegging his ass off. Thats a $3000 tower. Whadaya need all them dvd burners for if you're not making any money with them? Some assholes are so lucky.

  • @heinzkitzvelvet um, what? A Lightscribe DVD drive costs $25 max.

  • Can NASA have their computer back please :)

  • hello,

i just got and hp laptop with lightscribe, but what i want to ask is (do i have to refill it with ink or anything of sort) or does it design by laser (is it completely free) thanks.

  • @kamek1992 lazer i got a hp laptop aswell but never bought any of the disks and i also need to reinstall the driver, but its laser no ink

  • an alternative to the boring black marker, hmmm, this guy does good advertising !

  • @pashaahsj They are basically the same technologies. LabelFlash was developed by NEC and LightScribe was developed by Hewlett-Packard. I would go with LightScribe since they are more readily available from different US retailers. (including ourselves)

  • @cdrom2go oh coooolll ty !! :D

I am in the UK, London... but yea... i've got both in front of me... (online ofcourse)

so i'll go to lightscribe :P

Thanx for your help !! :D

  • Are these lightscribe cd/dvd please reply back i wanna know before i spend my money on something that i dont need.

    Memorex - 20-Pack 16x LightScribe DVD+R Disc Spindle

  • @MrTronic217 We don't sell this particular brand, but I would guess that they are.

  • @cdrom2go They Sell Them At Best Buy.

    So are those the ones?

  • how do you get the graphic image on the disc?

  • Wow... I just got a laptop that had this as a startup program & was trying to see if it was safe to disable at startup.... I sure as hell wasn't expecting to find out it was something as cool as this.

  • How do I get my Lightscribe external to turn off? It's always on. I have a Mac

  • people dont want to spend extra on disks, we only burn em off watch the dvd then sling it or give it away. people that use there pc to watch films dont burn them off anymore, dvds are the past, dvd files are the now.

  • i have one of these drives and have had it for about 2 years or more and didnt even know it till i stripped the tower to build a new pc as the drive was hidden behind a drop door. judging by the crap quality of the lables and the fact you have to buy special disks to do lables i dont really think it was a good find as ill never use it.

  • what happens if you burn it on any old cd. Lightscribe drive would be cool but i cant see myself going out and buying a whole new stack of cds just to have a fancy design on it

  • Anyone know how (where to have it done) to actually print in CDs? like the kind you get when you buy a music CD or DVD? It's a total waste for me because I need color.

  • @iTehTunePawd We can print your discs at cdrom2go

We have a number of print options from silkscreen and offset to photopro, which I think looks immaculate.

Check out our channel, we have a lot of info on different types of disc printing.

  • @cdrom2go does it work with any other cd r or you have to specialy get lightscribe cd-r's

  • @yoSwaziBoy1 You have to get special lightscribe CD-Rs like the ones available on our site. You can also get them in different colors.

  • @cdrom2go Are these Lightscribe CD/DVD'S.

    Memorex - 20-Pack 16x LightScribe DVD+R Disc Spindle

  • @MrTronic217 No, they are HP and we sell them on our website. :)

  • does it use ink?

  • Did he say it used ink in the video?

  • @loez01 nope. the laser on the Lightscribe drive burns the image on the Cd. (Must be Lightscribe capable) and yes, this unfortunately means that the image you will burn will be in black and white. (of course the look depends on the color of the Cd)

  • That is awesome!!! What a time saver not to mention an eco friendly product! Thanks for the demonstration video. I'll be looking for the software tutorial!!!
