@SpyroTDragon there is lever you can make 4 pins pull in. you can slide back or forth, to allow move the weight to drive tandams or trailer tandam to keep it legal. but there is limit how far apart you can move depending on what state allows. Ex: California you can't have center of kingpin and Rear most axle center no more than 40 feet apart. This can be done Empty or Fully Loaded. legal weight is Front Steering 12k lbs, Both tandams at 34k lbs, Gross maxed at 80K lbs.

@SpyroTDragon do you see the bar in front of the driver side trailer tires, lift that bar up, and the lock pins release. Set the trailer brakes only then use the tractor to push or pull the trailer body over the axles to adjust the weight on the axles.

This reminds me of a young girl and her mother who side swiped me. The young girl fell asleep and drifted into my drive tires. It scared the hell out of me and I thought she was going to over correct and hit the median but she kept control thank God and all that happened was the damage to her car.
My truck didn't suffer any damage, unlike your trailer. The driver is lucky to be alive.
