LOL I had a go at this the otherday, try it at 300% speed, 50% gravity, 300% jump height, infinite jet pack ability and your keeping up with banshee's, it's hard to stay on the map though. As for enemies try a few waves of elite generals on legendary setting for a bit of sniper practice. Infact I got a "inconceivable" medal in a custom firefight doing this the other day- 500 kills without dying!!!

its called score attack its a "playlist" under "matchmaking" its under the "Co-Op" folder in the matchmaking screen. easy way to boost commendations but after you get most of them to bronze level it takes like 4000 of that commendation to get some points. an easy way to get to warrent officer grade 3 though. but after that your screwed
