theres is a way to do those beggining quests that are high level im not sure if this works but ive heard that you can do the first quest and they will still be there so theres some renown then you can show off the trophy and stuff for more and if your evil you can just run around slaughtering people until you have enough. but dont talk to maze in bowerstone or the quests will vanish. again i am not a 100% on this method

ok, the elixir of life does grow your life but save it until you gain a high combat multiplier, then it will grow your life times by then much of the multiplier!

The three quests at the start you can NEVER do, because i made a guy on xbox once, who was famous reknown (max reknown) and took the quests, when you accept them you game just freezes

The lamp its on your inventory, all you gotta do is drag it to the hotkeys for quick access. The lamp is a default item from the game.
