great performance! but the pianist sucked! This piece is practically a piano concerto with a back up choir and for me, some of the piece was ruined especially at 5:45. But otherwise really really great!

This is absolutely stunning! My choir has performed this a few times. This recording is one of the best I've ever heard. The interpretation and expression is ... flawless... It's a must-hear recording for any ensemble venturing to perform this song! I'm glad I saw this link. It was on one of my channel subscriber's favorites list, now it's on mine.

Thanks Kimian. I have not heard one that I like as well either, but of course, I'm a little biased :-) I was very fun and challenging to sing. I hope you'll check out the rest of my all-state pieces on here too. There are 16 in all.

My college chorale and Womens' Ensemble are singing this piece together. I'm in the ensemble. This is an execellent recording.
