I see you've got talent and you like playing piano. The last thing is important. I used to play trompet (yes an air instument), i was pretty damn good but i actualy hated it. So i quit at 13. Keep up the good work xD

This is passionate Liszt; the technique sounds the way a composer might play it, phrases of chimes, somewhat like a very young Rachmaninov. There are no records of Rach from age 13!

Oeps, wrong reference! Verona and the pistol falling was "la Forza del destino". Rigoletto is about court jester Rigoletto and his beautifull daughter Gilda, he wants to protect again being seduced by the Duke (he sings the famous aria "la Donna è mobile"). She is killed by her own father in the end, when taking the Duke's place in the sac. So destiny too, but also sacrifice in this opera

It's like the opera itself in all its drama presents itself (I attended a Rigoletto performance in the arena of Verona once). Rigoletto is destiny, right from the moment the pistol falls and kills. One hears it in the ouverture and also in this exquisite rendering on the piano. Technique becomes second to expression in Liszt paraphrases only to the very talented. To which you surely belong, chang chin san!
