  • Hafa Adai! This is a promo for my cookbook, but of course, I will share the measurements

    **3 c all-purp. flour**3/4 c sugar**3.25 t. baking powder**3 T. melted butter**1 T. whole milk**1.25 c whole, cold milk

  • Can u share the measurements??

  • Another example of the Mexican influence on Chamorro cuisine. Sweet tortillas are not very common in Mexico. And the use of coconut milk is something that makes the TITIYAS in Guam very unique. Remeber that the H is silent in the word HARINA. Chamorro spelling would be 'ARINA'.

  • You can find this recipe for titiyas harina anywhere online. It's a good demonstration though. Thanks!

  • Looks great but please add your measurements. Thanks!

  • hafa adai...I really wanted to learn to make the titiyas..but I think you've left out your measurements in all your recipes ..please help.. Thank You..
