it must be "protected void onDraw(Canvas canvas)" because onDraw(Canvas canvas) is inherited from android.view.View and the visibility cannot be reduced.

u should post a link on the description to the download. also you might wanna make a tutorial over, how to do graphics. ex make the sprite sheets, make simple graphics for the games.
