hehe, actually, lightscattering is not on in this video, I had some strange artifacts in the sky when reencoding.

the sky was too bright and some weird pixels appeared, so, I put the blame on lightscattering and turned it off.

I've recorded the video again, but, the artifacts where there anyway.

Finally I've solved it premultiplying the video strip.

I think lightscattering is on in the screenshots at blenderartists though
