German is a unique language that requires a lot of studying. The difficulty really depends on how into it you are. I am currently learning German, and it is a little difficult because I am so busy doing other things, but I am learning it. The sentence structure will get some getting used to, and so will verb endings, but the pronunciations are easy. I surely enjoy this language, and I think that you, will. You just have to be into it and be ready to study, study, study.

@toki1221 correct, however Germany has acknowledged its past, something the Japanese still find difficult to do. Many japanese view themselves as the liberators of asia from the colonial powers. Germany on the other hand does not deny anything and has accepted its past and learned from it... something many nations around the world still haven't done.

Japan does not recognize the fault of the Governor on the war, and Japanese Army lost basic discipline, humanity and morality during the war. Japan is at most a smart follower of the technology, the development of the national spirit is still in the very primitive state. It's not Jealousy that caused Japan's bad fame in Asia, and why Asia people still respect Germany? Think about the difference!

Klar, alle renen hier mit Hakenkreuze rum und rufen "Heil Hitler" und jagen Juden... Mein Gott, geh in die Schule und lerne mal was von der Welt. Deutschland ist seit 65 Jahren kein Naziland mehr, sondern eines der tolerantesten Länder der Welt. Und zum Wetter... Es ist schön wo sie es ist. Es gibt viele Sonnentage und viele Regentage. das ist gut für die Natur hier. In Großbritanien ist das Wetter schlimmer.
