@5786Thomas Thank you, yeah it was ok, not the best gala in my opinion they've done, not frequent enough so overcrowding was a big problem.

@JBTEvans A bit like when I went to the WSR's gala a few years back. We were stood up for the whole journey.

@5786Thomas personally I prefer the WSR to be stood up as they have mostly open plan mark 1 TSOs, so there is more room to stand and generally more seats compared to LMS/GWR corridor stock.

@JBTEvans So do i. Went there for my birthday and spent the whole trip stood up with my head out the window! Its different when you have a window to peer out of!
