I hope this is not an ecg from a real person because it's very suggesting for myocardial infarction or some other serious cardiac diseases.

You can't really diagnose STEMI from a 3 lead (if that's what you're implying). ST elevation can occur in NSR. It could be the sign of a myocardial infarc, but only in conjunction with other leads. At least, as far as I'm aware.

@blackmesalabs I think what he was trying to say was that this app is useless as a reference becuase it is not a "normal" sinus rhythm.
