I know this man. He is Osei Kwame Adebayo. He is the 2nd Prince of Asante from Kumasi in Ghana. In order to win the hand of marriage to a Princess in a neighbouring tribe, he agreed to sweep the streets of North London for one year. They are married now, and live in Guildford.
OH MY GOD! I used to live here nearly 3 years ago, until I moved to France, I miss it sooo much, I can't really remember this guy, doesn't mean I didn't see him though =P I was good friends with a man called Dean who worked in Budgens, and IT DEFINATLY LOOKS CLEANER AROUND THERE NOW!

This guy is a legend. Im sure if we had a different sweeper C E would be a mess. Definitely the most dedicated manic sweeper in the world
