  • how many reps should i do for this.

  • I am 5'8" weigh in at 225 and I just need to tighten my abs and lose round 10-15 lbs and I'll be cherry. How good are these at burning the fat, I know they are great for strength. my core is pretty strong for my size

  • You are the white version of PEDRO FROM NAPOLEON!

  • love his vids. Really cool

  • PAUL ZAICHIK is the Scooby of Flexibility and Body Control.

  • bro what about if u train it in the front i mean ur doing in the back rite, so im saying doing in the front is training the abs directly, would that work?

  • I love your videos man, I watch them all the time, for ideas and inspiration. Thank-you!

  • @19grand

Thanks man. We'll pass your props to Paul. :)

  • Thank you so much. This is amazing. I am motivated and can't wait to see results on my lean frame!!!

  • these are women's exercises. it will take years to get good abs from that

  • @BBobbySSimmons lol thats what i was thinkin there are way better ways to get ur six pack like he said this is yoga and pliates not a real workout more half workout half strech so u have long muscles which is what girls need to look good

  • @BBobbySSimmons

In reference to your conclusion, how long did you train using the exercises in the video before you felt that it would take a great deal of time to see results, and what were your increases in strength and endurance, if any?

    Thanks

  • @aguy1 I'm just saying that it would take a huge number of repetitions to start seeing results. I'm all for using these kind of workouts for guys who are out of shape but the title says "washboard abs", not "lose a little weight for summer". If you're looking for rock hard abs, why not use the methods used by the bodybuilders, the professional trainers and the fitness champs?

  • @BBobbySSimmons

Even something as trivial as simply tensing the abdominals, where no movement is required at all, will produce results, even after 2 days, as it has with me, especially if you have a bruce-lee style skinny or tall & thin body. I have a clearly visible six pack now, without tensing, and after only 3 weeks of tensing, and some leg lifts & bicycle menouvers. Same goes for tensing fists, which tightens up the forearms, as my Karate teacher used to keep doing back in the day.

  • How long did it take for you to get six pack with that exercise?

  • @scottmargerison

You show lot's of sportsmanship there.

  • @scottmargerison who's a loser?

  • @scottmargerison - you're a sicko. I pity your children if you could ever find a woman who would have children with. Such hatefulness for someone you don't even know & who is trying to help folks to be healthier. Who's the loser, guy?

  • How many of these should I do? I'm doing the hardest ones and can do quite a bit, they tighten my abs a bit so i know it's working... should there be a limit?

  • Thats a good one man, that's hard..lol

  • hey dude like how many months do ir take to got six pack

  • Everyone is different.

  • @locutslocon

you have to diet if you aren't naturally skinny or more "rounded" to get a 6 pack. It's basically just muscle definition.

  • hey man,

you wont NEVER get a six pack from just training... the truth is everyone has a six pack, just theres fat over it. so if you want six pack abs, you should train at least every other day but loose alot of fat too. so do ab exceresises AND cardio fitness

  • @locutslocon For Six-Pack - Diet and cardio are super important.

  • @locutslocon 3 weeks of 200 situps a day then 300 then 400 the last week with a 10 to 15 lb weight should do the trick. you probably shouldnt try it though unless your an athlete or youll hurt yourself, but it worked for me

  • hmm,intresting, tnx.

  • You got it.

  • very interesting

  • Thanks.

  • thanks it was a great workout

  • Thank you for your comments.

  • Very good thank you

  • sorry m8 but its shit cas ur not moving any weight on ur abs so most ab workouts on ur back are better because u use ur leg as weights

  • You have the right to your oppinion.

  • functional but too easy.. i dont feel it..

  • You must have strong core.

  • how many times we have to repeat this exercise?

  • Try 5-10 reps at the start. Too many reps on your first attempt will cause you to be very sore, even injured.

  • how many sets? .. or u can do as much u want?

  • Do 1-2 sets to start with.

  • wat happened to the good ol' crunches?

  • Can't tell.

  • these are better for fighters as its better for learning to breathe while tensing ur stomach and holding it for extended periods. also... who wants to watch a vid of someone doing crunches? lol

  • Nice core strengthening exercise- very smart.

  • Very effective change to a common exercise. Love it. Thank you!!! God Bless in Yeshua's name

  • hey i do this and my dad told me "you look like a jumping spider " but it does work I GOT A SIX PAC NOW "YEAH"

  • As long as you the six pack. lol

  • I tried it and do like it a lot. It is very much different from other abs excercises

  • Glad you like it. We'll pass your props to Paul.

  • we do this for track

  • Do you do it the same way as demonstrated in the video? You knees and hands are well appart? or close together? There is a difference.

  • Great exercises!

  • Thanks.

  • Hey, thanks for this, man.

  • Thank you for your comment. We'll give Paul Zaichik your props.

  • nice video very helpful

  • Thank you for the comment.

  • These exercise are so much harder then they look. Thanks for showing.

  • They are harder indeed. The spreading of the arms and legs makes a difference.

  • Thanks for the comments.

  • thx
