@MrSkinnyBuh doesn't look much like a dragon to me either and while you do have a point on the color being red and not golden the blonde hair and the all white armor(typical of the kingsguard) made think of the kingslayer instead of some Reyne man(the ones with the red lion).
@MrSkinnyBuh I was thinking of a younger Barristan Selmy when he went into the castle (I can't remember which one) to rescue Aerys II during the war of the ninepenny kings.
