You know why this fails? Because making a spoof off of something that is inherently funny to make it "more funny" doesn't work. Predators grasping for straws, getting busted, damning chatlogs, and Hansen's facetious interviews are inherently funny. Trying to piggyback on that is pretentious and fail. Even Conan O'Brien's skit with Chris Hansen parodying the show wasn't nearly as funny as the real thing.
