you're not going to see results after the first couple of uses. If you only use the no no a couple times a month, you're not doing it as much as you're supposed to do. You have to do it 2-3 times a week for the first 2 months. After that you're going to see that you don't have to do it as much as before.

I've had my no no about 3 months now and honestly its the best hair removal system ever. i know its expensive intially however over time, the hair really does not grow back as often when you shave or wax your skin. When you see smoke while using the no no. It means that its working, if you don't see smoke simply return the product. When people say it does not work, they are clearly not using the product correctly. To see results you have to be patient.

I'm returning mines because I would just get burn marks... and it hurts like a mother fucker. Use a hair removal cream call Veet. It is much better and easier to use than this piece of expensive torture shit.

This product is pointless. If the hair is too long it breaks it in half leaving the rest in place. It singes hair if it is too coarse. It is no very efficient on upper lip hair and the region above the eyebrows near the temple. Due to the need to roll it on the skin surface to activate it makes it near impossible to remove hair from the lip. Very disappointed. Even burned a spot on my cheek as it was getting too hot. The smell of burning hair is quite intense.

@ralindal Yeah, I called customer services as well, and the thing is the device they sent me was broken. Remove the head and check if both metals are equal in lengths...for me one was broken and stuck inside, while the other one was normal. Its probably not the same for you...but just liked to let you know. Hope they can replace it for you.. :)

@xPhoLOVE It does not affect the treatment. You don't even have to shave before. Thats why its so wonderful. It can be used on all hair types, whether its light or dark or fine or coarse. It may take a little longer (and I mean a little) if you have coarser hair opposed to fine, but other than that. It doesn't matter. Its also can be used on light or dark skin unlike laser.

@narutosakura144 i think you should probably email the official no no team before you use it on such a sensitive area. the instructions on the older model say do not use on your genitals but i dont know about this newer version. also it gets a bit more difficult to use on areas that are curved so you would have to be very careful not to burn yourself. the burns from the device wont be severe tho and probably wont leave permanent damage even to genitalia. definitely email the pro's first

I'm going to wait it out till it's time to get that free return shipment number to send it back and get my cash back. I highly recommend using a hair removal cream call Veet. They have a sensitive version that does amazing work with removing hair down there. Cheaper than this crap.

Hair removal is 95% more painfull than the nono and its up to you if you want to shave or not but if you don't the nono will burn the hair off and you will see smoke (nothing to be afraid of) I shave so that I don't experience the smell of my hair burning, I hope this helps.
