I happen to think that the play this year was better than last years... I think it's good that they changed it because now ppl who saw it once will come back.... when change brings more ppl to Christ it's a good thing!
It doesn't really matter if the play is entertaining. What matters is the people that watch it builds a relationship with Jesus.
And they changed the play so that the people who already saw it would come back again. Cause if we continued with the old play, people would be all, "oh, I already watched it..."
Ive been watching it for 10 years and I came back for the original, it was a tradition and you dont change traidition. It was also never broken so why did they fix it. It was always good and really spoke to you with the music. But half way through I was waiting for it to be over. The catchyness of music and the script was all gone. I dont even remember one song. But I still remember the music from last year.
Maybe it isn't as good as the old one, but it touched a lot of people on Good Friday. Over 3800 people came to see the Passion Play on that day. And about 400 people came to know Jesus Christ. And atleast we're doing something. The admission is free, the parking is free and there's a live orchestra. But anyways, today is the last performance. I'm just a 12 year-old girl who's been going to Queensway since I was little. And now I'm in the Play. I'm just glad that we get to minister to people. (:
ANyways, good job on the acting, the acting was always very well done, also since you are onthe inside, could you bring up this point about the music for next year.
