Dude, an elliptical is a piece of rehab equipment! It does not develope the type of fitness people want or make them agile at all. Lazy people like you are the problem with the fitness industry. However, I do applaud you do some type of activity!

@oranbhoy67 I hate it when people like you waste their time talking crap with other users on YouTube, but it's funny comments like yours that make someone's day. LMFAO! XD
i eat cotton candy while using it and the handles get real sticky!!!!! ( just joking) these machines are awsome, they have helped me fight depression.
Hello, person who made this video; it would be so much better if the use of this equipment were to be demonstrated in this video, so that we could see it in action.
my boyfriend bought a Elliptical Trainer but he never uses it, so i started it using it 2 months ago, people say that it helps you build muscles not to lose weight, is that true?
You'll lose weight while also building muscle. If you eat right and exercise, your body will have no choice but to let go of the fat and, if you keep at it, you'll end up with a lean physique. Your newly built muscle will improve your metabolism and help to burn fat even faster with the added benefit of keeping fat off.
When you weigh yourself, the scale may seem to fluctuate up and down or just not budge, if it does go down, it's slooow. This is because you're putting on weight (muscle) while at the same time trying to lose it (fat). It's normal, what matters is the fat.
The weight scale is the most inaccurate method of judging body fat content, you should use measuring tape bought at any fitness store to keep track of your weight loss and perhaps even photographs or a mirror to physically observe progress.
I started working out again on my elliptical. I do 1 hour consecutively. What I do is start with level 1 for 3 min then go up to 10 for 3 min and back to 1 for 3 and then back to 10 for 3 for the first half hour. Then I do 1 for 3 back to 10 for 3 then down to 2 for 3 back to 10 for 3 all the way up to 10 itself. Being that I became very tired. I did 1 through 10 for 1 min each. Then for the last min I increase every 10 seconds.
Man these things are hard to use when you're as out of shape as me, LOL. I have been not doing any exercise for way too long now and am too overweight, finally got off my fat butt and started getting on one of these, all I can say is I can't wait until my legs and heart adjust rofl. I can only last about 3-4 minutes at a time right now.
My school has a weight room, every phys ed class I go out there I my favorite machine is the Elliptical. Earlier today I was actually on it for 56 minutes straight with the tension put up as high as possible. I actually worked myself so hard that I had to run to the bathroom and throw up 5 times. I was bummed out cause I was going for a full hour on it but missed it by 4 minutes.
i totaly agree with lyrics6, i have the exact same testimony, it's all about your music playlist. the right set of songs provoke the right workout. i'm on for an hour a day and yeah after the first 10 minutes im cool ,lol and i start with the intensity level on 7 then i work up to as high as 15 and after about 50 minutes my cool down is between 7 and 1 for about 10 minutes and it feels very rewarding
ive lost 40lbs using the elliptical..Im up to 60 min per day 3--5 days per week..Once I get pass the 1st 5 minutes..Im good..I definately have to have my mp3 player to do the 60 minutes..The beat has to be intense on the song, which i put on repeat mode..
So you won't get hit by cars and it feels good? haha what? I do like ellipticals tho... if I run on a treadmill for extended periods, I get shin splints, but its not an issue on these machines

Anyone good at burning fat?
My goal is to get the cam giganet look.
I workout 3 times a week (hole body)
always 12 reps or more x3.
first i´m workout in the gym for 1 hour.
then I use the crosstrainer machine for 1 hour too (I always burn 1000 cal or more/ says the machine).
Im also a hardworker. so I walk a lot every day.
I have just use the crosstrainer machine about 2 month.
but does someone know how long it could take to get super ripped?
drallapapa 1 year ago
@drallapapa
super ripped means less than 8% body fat.
Get your accurate body fat percentage, subtract it with your desirable body fat digit and do some calorie maths to know how long till you're there
