liquid egg whites?? how is that healthy?! egg whites come inside eggs, otherwise it is processed junk food. The formula is so easy: If it doesn't get spoiled, YOU SHOULDN'T EAT IT!!

Congratulations on some great tips for healthy eating. Be careful about serving grapes to young kids, though. They are a choking hazard!
