I was abused. From the age of 3 until I was 9. 6 long years of trying to get away. Every night, I would sit on the pile of blankets on the floor in my "room" they called my bed, hoping my dad had a good day so he wouldn't get drunk. Everytime I heard his drunken footsteps, I knew I'd be hit with his hardest blows. If I held my stance, He wouldn't hit as hard the second time. If I showed fear or pain, he would keep hitting me and kicking me until I bled almost dying. I'm lucky. I survived..

All of my friends that have been abused stick with me. And I stick with them. We make each other stronger. If you ever can, find someone that understands and stick with them no matter what. My friends have helped so much. That is how I finally got out of my dad's house. My friends protected me at their houses. Then My mom left my dad, So now I am safe. I've been really lucky. I survived. My friend Isabell died while I was with her. She crawled to my house at 3 in the morning. Died in my arms.

I was abused. From the age of 3 until I was 9. 6 long years of trying to get away. Every night, I would sit on the pile of blankets on the floor in my "room" they called my bed, hoping my dad had a good day so he wouldn't get drunk. Everytime I heard his drunken footsteps, I knew I'd be hit with his hardest blows. If I held my stance, He wouldn't hit as hard the second time. If I showed fear or pain, he would keep hitting me and kicking me until I bled almost dying. I'm lucky. I survived..

this song makes me cry and child abuse is a really wrong thing to do. so, i think that parents should always take an interest in what their children like and should spend more time with their children instead of abusing their child everyday. i have never been through child abuse but i know how it feels like to be abused everytime.

All of my friends that have been abused stick with me. And I stick with them. We make each other stronger. If you ever can, find someone that understands and stick with them no matter what. My friends have helped so much. That is how I finally got out of my dad's house. My friends protected me at their houses. Then My mom left my dad, So now I am safe. I've been really lucky. I survived. My friend Isabell died while I was with her. She crawled to my house at 3 in the morning. Died in my arms.
