for achieve this, firsrly you apply and spread a hard wax that chafed with yours hands, secondly raking hairs up with your fingers ,arrange and seprate them on back area, raking forwardly and downwardly and twisting hairs for separated effects between hairs on side area,  raking upwardly and twisting hairs for separated effects on top area,

thirdly over watching mirrow can be seen the model, arrange hairs on all areas for balanced forms and textured effect. and you can use hard -fixing spray for having more strong texture and for keeping your style for long time without worrying a humid weather. i know styling is difficult so you need to practice watching my videos in my channel.

this is called shaggy styles. for you get this, the most important things is shaggy cut and styling how to style it by youself. in fact, styling by youself because of you not being a hairdressor is difficult a little. I RECOMMEND you bring this kind of picture( or show the hairdressor this scene many hairsalon have computer with internet) and ask him/her how to use and styling it with wax accurately.

all you have to say is shaggy hairstyle. and i think, you can get the result of this kind of hairstyle in 'shaggy texture' with haircut by a barber but most of barbers can't do the original stoke cut like me for it is needed to learn for master the technique as i learned it from stroke- cut specialist, hairdressors.
