I first heard this when I was... oh... maybe 6 years old. A man at my church could play all sorts of this stuff and it had me amazed. You play it very, very well. A friend just gave me a copy of the game 'Black & White' and I heard this in the game:

I love this suite so much and # 3 but i don't play all of the g minor just th eprelude and amazing fugato gigue.the sarabande is a miracle in the hands of Pogorelich!! . I will have endless debate about the character and nature of a minor prelude .The allemande has wonderful possibilities of voicing on the piano.sarabande,courante and final gigue are fantastic .

When Bach is played too fast as in this clip, the texture gets muddy, transparency is lost. I still wish I could play it like that!

Questo brano è uno tra le Suite Inglesi di Bach più optate dai ragazzi (e non solo)per portarle al 5° di Conservatorio!

Ovvio, forse con il clavicembalo risulterebbe diversa...

@ilpianistadiluino XD se fosse per i ragazzi bach non lo porterebbe nessuno agli esami... ma lo portano tutti perchè è obbligatorio portare agli esami di quinto anno la seconda e la terza suite inglese,quindi è ovvio che la devono portare per forza...

@palmadaniele88 in effetti l'ha composto per Klavier che, letteralmente, significa tastiera, quindi pianoforte, organo, clavicembalo, spinetta, qualunque cosa avesse l'estensione necessaria ed una tastiera.

wonderful execution! I personally think that was the perfect tempo for both the Prelude and the Allemande. Absolutely loved it!
