I can kill Dapang in the first 10 seconds. When he comes toward you on the left side of the green dragon statue just shoot the statue. A large piece will fall on him for an instant kill. Wait about 4 seconds from the very beginning. Hope this helps someone, he kicked my butt for hours.

Very good game, although I wish all except the daughter and the Russians had Chinese voice actors, even if they did speak english. It just amde it so cheesy...but I love this game anyway, it just looks so cool! Especially the Kowloon level.
