I have one of these, It was my gandparents, and my favorite fan of theirs when I was a kid. I loved the blades, and the sound they made compared to their other fans. It is currently with me, in my room to this day, and it reminds of those hot days reading a book or watching TV on long summer vacations. I want to polish the blades some day.

Those are some of the most beautiful fans made really. I have a couple of later model Emersons which are used every day.
