270? the 05 GT runs 300HP , and i dont compare, people do, but a 4.6 beating a 5.7, that's sad, car is abusive heavy and uses a shitty old merc tranny. and charger = lexury? noway dude, i've driven both chargers and the 300, both are reguler sedans, nth lexury about them, you can pay 35K for a premium GT and get the same stuff that the 300 offers, heated seats, GPS, nice wheels, both got sporty suspentions, charger is far from lexury amigo !
okay so ur talking about an 05 so yes u are right with the hp....but there is nothing sad about a 4.6 beating a 5.7....the 5.7 has more hp with more trqu, but is a much bigger car so it has to pull alot more....a gt mustang shouldnt be compared to a 5.7 charger, its just not a fair comparison for both of the cars....personally i am a fan of mopar, i have a 05 ram srt 10 and an 09 challenger rt, but i respect other american cars
i think it's fair, but the srt10 is a nice truck and the challenger RT is a decent car, i drove it, wasn't impressed with the power, felt heavier then the charger and a bitch to drive, i work at a car dealer so i test driver cars all the time. the challenger is a great looking car, but it's no quicker then my 05 GT stock. srt8 is the way to go. dont get me wrong, if i had the money i'd get the gt500 and the challenger srt8 over that camaro that stole the mustang design. but that's just my 2 cent
well see im only 17 lol so i dont complain....my dad bought himself the ram, and he bought me the challenger....i could have gotten the srt 8 if i wanted to, but in my opinion i like the strips on the rt much better, and its legendary (there was no such thing as a srt 8 1970 challenger) but i would have gotten the srt 8 if i didnt have a 1972 cuda thats getting built with a 528 hemi, air ride suspension, and a 5 speed tremec tranny lol the cudas my dads but still
my mustang is a built motor with 100 shot on this race, full suspension, and drag radials. his truck has a novi 2000, meth injection, and other stuff makes over 750 rwhp. mine on a 100 shot makes 450 rwhp
Since you a built motor, have you ran a bigger shot?

i ran it up to a 150 shot, but never ran a bigger jet..... it was low 11s@133 in the 1/4 with the 150 shot. car weighed a little over 3000 lbs
