I can assure you, it's not a choice. My conclusion is that there must be a genetic factor which may or may not develop through adolescence. There is also proof that a gay person's brain physiologically differs from a straight person's brain in certain areas, primarily those that mandate hormones. So, it appears that homosexuals who are friends/living together/attempting to breed, are already married, so the only reason, therefore, IMO this is even an issue is they want society to accept it as normal behavior, and I suppose evolutionists should embrace the behavior since possibly some new creature could eventually be produced as a result of such union.

Gay marriage is generally illegal, supporters of gay marriage don't believe it would at all harm society, and they think homosexuals should have the freedom to marry if they so choose. Technically/naturally, the perversion is in trying to breed someone who is not, by any stretch of the imagination, going to produce offspring of any kind. Like a dog breeding a human or vice versa, horse breeding a cow or bull, mouse breeding an elephant, and so on.

My purpose was not to address the reason for having sex, just the perversion aspect. It is just as illegal to kill, defraud, or otherwise damage a homosexual as it is a heterosexual. I understand, I think, about the issues of SSN benefits or insurance proceeds, etc., but I think other than SS, it would be a matter of contract, and gov't forcing businesses to do such and such in their biz is none of the gov't's biz. I can assure you, it's not a choice. My conclusion is that there must be a genetic factor which may or may not develop through adolescence. There is also proof that a gay person's brain physiologically differs from a straight person's brain in certain areas, primarily those that mandate hormones. It's definitely not a choice, but that doesn't mean I think babies are gay or straight...they just become so later in life.

So, it appears that homosexuals who are friends/living together/attempting to breed, are already married, so the only reason, therefore, IMO this is even an issue is they want society to accept it as normal behavior, and I suppose evolutionists should embrace the behavior since possibly some new creature could eventually be produced as a result of such union.

Molesting children causes clear damage to the children being molested, it is illegal, no one is asking for it to become legal. Gay marriage is generally illegal, supporters of gay marriage don't believe it would at all harm society, and they think homosexuals should have the freedom to marry if they so choose. How this translates into us wanting to legalize child molestation, I don't know.

Technically/naturally, the perversion is in trying to breed someone who is not, by any stretch of the imagination, going to produce offspring of any kind. Like a dog breeding a human or vice versa, horse breeding a cow or bull, mouse breeding an elephant, and so on.
A horse/donkey or tiger/lion probably wouldn't be considered perversion since offspring are produced, though it is unusual.
Cats/mice not having sexual union but being friends is not perversion.

but plenty of straight people, married or not, have sex for non breeding reasons. reproducing is one possible aspect of a straight marriage, but not enough of a reason to stop gays from marrying or giving gay couples or unmarried hetero couples the same rights as married heteros.

My purpose was not to address the reason for having sex, just the perversion aspect. It is just as illegal to kill, defraud, or otherwise damage a homosexual as it is a heterosexual. I understand, I think, about the issues of SSN benefits or insurance proceeds, etc., but I think other than SS, it would be a matter of contract, and gov't forcing businesses to do such and such in their biz is none of the gov't's biz. SS is a scam anyway as is indicated by when it will become insolvent, not if.

The variances in societies possibly have to do with the life spans of the people. Common law says a female 12 & a male 14 were adults (human life span was 26 yrs) until Americans thought that was too young since the life span increased to 70 or so yrs. Poof! Laws now say an adult is 18, or maybe 21 since they cannot discern maturely, the ramifications of drinking, marrying or contracting, but let's prosecute a 14 yr old for murder as adult since he fully knew the ramifications.
