my current newly bought usb stick modem does not have this grat capability even thought in 3G or HSPDA coverage. It still need to take few second to connect.
yes the speed is great but you cant use it for pc because there is limit for downloading you well pay more if this limit exceed its for on the go use only street,train,taxi etc
if you are in london or europe you can get it from any company vodafone,Tmobile or there is some new companys make it like the sim card pay then use it but i prefer vodafon the price was good and i can pay the bill any where mmmmm i think it well work with xbox im not sure does xbox360 with a usb port? if yes then it well work ,i use it while im in train or street or any where there is phone signal ooh yes you can chose 3 or 7.2 mb but the 3 was fine with me
i bought one and 3.6 mb is fine but it is depend on coverage area

I do not think it will work with XBOX 360 as there is a prog to install. I have the Three USB one.
