  • Nice!

  • Hva bruker du som godbit til Sherlock ? :)

  • Gahh, how do you get him to follow your finger like that? I've tried a lot of things, and my cat just won't do it.

  • extremely smart cat!

  • Did picking up the carrier negatively punish anything? Taking away the opportunity for reinforcement.. did you notice any changes?

  • Do you mean taking it away when he went in "prematurely", or going to the step where I carried it? In the first case, I figured it wasn't a big deal to mildly punish some uncued reps, since he was so into the game. In the second, I believe I saw increased motivation due to frustration/anticipation.

  • That's a terrific video! It looks like he would jump up into it. Hve you considered teaching him to jump up into it whil you have the handles over your shoulder? Then you wouldn't even need to put it down. less chance for a fast dog (large or small) to follow him in. Just a thought-and ties into his jumping through your arms trick. Very instructive videos...I am recommending them to my classes. Thanks !!!!!!!

  • Thanks, that's a great idea.

  • Perfect thing to train for walks...especially if you see a big dog coming your way first! Thanks! Sherlock is a champ!
